The role

The postholder will lead the team of staff delivering the monthly payroll. They will be responsible to the Section Lead for SAR for all the administration for monthly payroll, as well as the smooth integration with resourcing, payroll & pensions and salary forecasting via management accounting.

About you

The postholder will be required to be:

  • A-levels or NVQ level 3 or equivalent or above.
  • A track record of continuous professional development in relevant systems, processes and software.
  • Significant experience in the use of HR systems or payroll systems in a large and complex organisation.
