Job summary

A housing organization located in Londonderry is seeking an individual to provide efficient administrative support to tenants and officers. The successful candidate must hold 6 GCSEs including Maths and English or a QCF Level 2 in Business Administration, along with relevant experience. Responsibilities will include operating the information system and handling enquiries professionally. This is an opportunity for those interested in contributing to community housing services.

Qualifications

  • One year experience in an administrative/clerical role.
  • QCF Level 2 or three years experience in administration support.

  • Ensuring responsibilities are executed effectively.

Job description

To provide an efficient and effective service to tenants, residents and officers of the Association in accordance with the Association’s policies and procedures. To ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Operation of the department’s computerised information system.
  • Answering telephone and face to face enquiries appropriately & professionally.
  • To ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that confidentiality is maintained at all times
Skills and Qualifications
  • 6 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including GCSE Maths and English (Grade A-C) or equivalent or higher educational standard and one years experience providing administration support in an administrative/clerical role
  • Or QCF (Previously NVQ) Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent or higher educational standard and one years experience providing administration support in an administrative/clerical role
  • Or three years experience providing administration support in an administrative/clerical role
