Position: Administration Assistant L3
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Term Time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: Grade 3, Points 5-6 (Actual Salary £22,019; FTE £25,783 - £26,193)
Hours: 37 hours per week for 38 weeks per year plus 3 Professional Learning Days; Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (½ hr unpaid lunch break daily)

We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to work in a busy office and provide high quality and professional service to students, visitors, parents and outside agencies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills and a flexible outlook to meet the needs of the role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including tasks assigned by members of the Senior Leadership Team and line manager.
  • Coordinate delivery of refreshments and catering following instruction from the Executive PA.
  • Maintain and log accurate information on all staff professional learning.
  • Book and record all staff CPD; supply evidence of logging and completion for internal and external audits. This includes staff CPD using the Every system and booking external courses with the necessary purchase information for Finance.
  • Maintain training logs for safeguarding and provide administrative support for staff PL days.
  • Take ownership of induction elements for new teaching staff, including relevant documentation and guides, as instructed by HR and SLT.
  • Support the school with core seasonal activities in liaison with office managers.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to monitor, maintain, and develop the school reporting system; produce bespoke, standard, and other reports as required.
  • Work with the Data Lead and Assistant MIS Manager to create, maintain, and use assessment, strategic, student and other data in the school.
  • Create, maintain and produce Homework reports, Rushey Reward reports and certificates.
  • Create, maintain and update assessment termly tracking report templates, marksheets and tracking sheets, as requested.
  • Gather, verify and chase data for termly tracking sheets, ready for reporting to parents and students.
  • Produce and analyse broadsheets according to the termly tracking schedule and as requested by SLT.
  • Act as an integral member of the Central Administration team, providing support and cover for others when necessary.
