• Book studies onto the departmental SharePoint site
• Assist with transfer of data between departments
• File study data and order office stationery
• Maintain and update relevant departmental spreadsheets
• Monitor and maintain central Outlook inboxes
• Assist with arrangements for working lunches

The Administration Assistant is an entry level position within the In-vitro Toxicology publishing group, providing support with administrative tasks both for the group and the department. The role will incorporate support with the preparation of study data and non-study data for archiving.

This role is based at our site in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Duties

Study Support

• Prepare and check study data and non-study data for archiving
• Archive Study Data within the Pristima system
• Collect, scan and file protocol and report signatures
• Book studies onto the departmental SharePoint site

General Support

• Assist with transfer of data between departments
• File study data and order office stationery and other items, as required
• Maintain and update relevant departmental spreadsheets, as required
• Monitor and maintain central Outlook inboxes, as required
• General administrative tasks as assigned, which may include, but are not limited to, distribution of post, updating the departmental telephone list and annual leave records
• Assist with arrangements for working lunches, making internal bookings as required/ requested
