  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed consistently.
  • Provide guidance and support on casework and administrative processes.
  • Handle queries from staff and court users.
  • Produce basic performance and statistical information when required.
  • Support training, development, and induction of staff.
  • Promote HMCTS values and maintain high standards of conduct and professionalism.

Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.

From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimants and commercial businesses – HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently.

Admin Team Leader

Location: Norwich or Ipswich (travel between sites required)

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Pay rate: £13.51 per hour

Working Pattern: Fully office based. Temporary, initially ongoing until the end of March 2026.

Role Overview
