A healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join their Richmond unit on a casual basis. You will support the team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring that clients feel welcomed and confident about their care. We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our Richmond unit on a casual basis.
You will work as part of the team carrying out administration tasks efficiently and friendly, ensuring clients feel accepted, supported and confident about BPAS services.
By working as a Casual/Bank employee you will benefit from flexible hours that suit you as well as a pensionable income.
You will have proven experience of working within an office environment, where you have carried out administration duties. You will be an excellent communicator both internally and externally and will demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with clients, colleagues and external parties.
The British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) is the UK’s largest independent reproductive healthcare charity, providing evidence‑based, not‑for‑profit reproductive healthcare. Salary: £14.98 – £16.60 per hour – inclusive of OLW, depending on skills and experience.
Shift pattern: Ad‑hoc – as and when required to cover periods of annual leave and sickness in line with business needs. More to be discussed at interview.
