Job title: Admin Assistant

Salary: NCJ point 3 pro rata (£11,477) - 6 (£12.029) + well‑being cash plan + pension scheme + additional Lift Schools benefits

Hours: 20 hours per week

Location: Lift Lea Forest, Hurstcroft Rd, Birmingham B33 9RD

Contract type: Fixed term contract until the end of Aug 2026 (with the possibility of extension)

Start date: ASAP

About the Role

We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Admin Assistant who will be a core component of the administrative team, providing effective and efficient support essential for the smooth running of the school. The role involves managing communications with stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, providing reception support, and supporting other staff, including the School Operations Manager, on specific school projects.
