A leading educational institution in Crawley is seeking an Additional Learning Support Apprentice to provide tailored support to apprentices with additional needs. Chichester College Group has an exciting opportunity to join us as an Additional Learning Support Apprenticeship based in Crawley. You will join us on a part time, permanent basis and, in return, you will receive a competitive salary pro rata of £27,785 - £30,364 per annum (i.e. £13,892.50 - £15,182).

Chichester College is seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our Apprenticeships and Work-Based Learning team on a part time basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on learners lives by guiding them through their training and development journey.
Reporting to the Head of SEND and ALS (West), you will provide tailored support to apprentices with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom. Your work will focus on helping learners develop independent study skills, employability strategies, and confidence in applying their learning in practical work environments. You will collaborate closely with employers and colleagues to ensure each learner receives the right support to achieve their full potential.
