Overview

An exciting global marketing group in London is looking for the Associate Director, Audience and Data Strategy.

The Job
  • Delivery of audience and data strategy for a portfolio of major clients, and oversee day to day project work and quality control
  • Develop audience and cultural insights using third party research tools and bespoke studies, then translate findings into clear, actionable strategies for planners and clients
  • Own project scopes, timelines and budgets to ensure profitable delivery and excellent client outcomes
  • Translate strategic audiences into actionable planning and addressable segments using the organisation's audience platform, and support activation teams to connect strategy to execution
  • Provide training and enablement for internal and local teams on audience tooling and approaches
  • Contribute to pitches and new business by helping shape audience and data propositions and client facing materials
You
  • Experience in audience strategy, digital marketing and audience research techniques
  • Confident with third party research platforms and custom survey design and analysis
  • Practical understanding of first party and audience data, and how it is applied across addressable channels
  • Strong storytelling skills, able to turn data into concise client ready narratives and recommendations
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Curious, pragmatic and solutions focused, with a willingness to try new approaches
