A regional healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a dedicated professional for fixed-term contracts to provide visible support in delivering care to acutely ill patients. The role includes educating ward staff and prioritizing patient needs. Ideal candidates must have certifications as outlined in the person specification. Please note this vacancy holds 3 x 3 month fixed term contracts and 1 x 6 month fixed term contract. The post holder will work as part of a team providing highly visible support to all areas and personnel to assist in the delivery of safe, appropriate and effective care for acutely ill and deteriorating patients. They will function in a supportive and educational capacity in the clinical environment supporting ward teams in ensuring the patient receives the right care at the right time in the right place.
You must be able to produce ALL certificates stated essential in the person specification or you will not be able to complete pre-employment checks. We provide hospital services from two acute sites - Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le‑Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.
