Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of older adults, particularly those living with dementia. Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a passion for engaging with residents are essential. Previous experience in a care setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
