A leading care provider in Scotland is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance the lives of residents at Crosslaw House Care Home. This full-time role involves planning and delivering engaging activities that promote wellbeing and independence among older adults. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for bringing joy to the lives of others. This position offers £12.21 per hour with supportive management and opportunities for progression.

We are now looking for a vibrant, creative, and organised Activities Coordinator to bring energy and fun to the lives of our residents through meaningful daily engagement.

What You Will Do
As Activities Coordinator, you will play a central role in promoting wellbeing, independence, and happiness for our residents. You will lead the planning and delivery of engaging activity programmes that reflect the preferences and needs of those living with us. You will organise and run group and individual activities, encourage social interaction, and create opportunities for residents to maintain their interests or try something new. From music, arts, and themed events to community partnerships and sensory sessions, your creativity will shape our home’s atmosphere every day. You will also maintain accurate records of participation and ensure all activities meet our residents’ diverse care needs.
