BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Special Needs Job Coach to join the team in Lancaster, PA. BAYADA’s Employment Specialist / Job Coach will work one-on–one providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) within a general work setting. Job coaches will assist to explore, seek, choose and acquire and maintain employment. As a member of our team, you will be valued, respected, and heard.
