Acquisitions Development Manager with Planning Expertise – North West London / Hertfordshire

Salary: £75,000 plus benefits plus bonus

Location: Hertfordshire

Regions: Hertfordshire, London, Middlesex

Established Developer with an excellent reputation in their Region for large quality acquisitions urgently seek a unique individual for a unique type role.

The role is as a Development Planning Manager to work within the busy Land team. The responsibility of the role is to assess opportunities with the skill-set that has been built over a period of time in your career development. You will have a Planning bias but experience in land Acquisition and Development Management. Working alongside Senior Land Managers and reporting into the Land Director you will be tasked with assessing opportunities and helping to either get these through the Planning process or perhaps advising whether the proposed site is viable to acquire.

Whilst there is access to Planning Consultants, architects and design teams the role is to offer expertise on proposed acquisitions, run them through the front end process and get sites active as quickly as possible, if you also have the ability to source deals yourself either as a build out or semi-strategic option then you would have the perfect skill-set for the role.
