Overview
Role: Achievement and Progress Tutor. Close date: 08/10/2025. Salary: £29,655 pro-rata. Term Time only.
Responsibilities
- Develop the role of the Achievement and Progress Tutor to support the planning and delivery of the tutorial provision on study programmes at Blackburn College.
- Manage a number of tutorial groups per annum, including the delivery of tutorials and facilitation of 1:1 sessions.
- Track and monitor the academic progress of students against their target grades; identify those at risk of underachievement and initiate timely intervention with their course tutor to ensure students stay on track to achieve or exceed target grades.
