Our client is a progressive, award-winning design studio with offices in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Dublin, and Toronto. As one of the UK’s leading design-based architectural practices, they are proud of their collaborative culture, creativity, and innovation. They are now seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Assistant to join their established finance team in Manchester.

Salary; £25,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and expenses accurately and within deadlines

  • Work with expense management systems and corporate card platforms

  • Assist with month-end processes and reconciliations

  • Liaise with colleagues across the business to resolve queries promptly

  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling financial information

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration

  • Knowledge of expense management systems and corporate card platforms

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Twinfield or similar)

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills

  • Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative team player
