We\'re looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Client Manager to join our team and be a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, offering a blend of accounting, tax, planning and advisory services.

This role is not just about managing accounts; it\'s about understanding the unique needs of each client and offering tailored advice that helps them achieve their goals. You will be the trusted advisor, the go-to person who clients rely on for guidance, expertise and clarity.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Understand client goals and challenges, proactively offering solutions that add value
  • Organise and attend client meetings to best understand their needs
  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of services - this includes the preparation and review of annual accounts, tax returns and one off advisory projects
  • Support and mentor junior team members
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Part or fully qualified in a professional accountancy and or tax qualification
  • Solid experience within a similar role within an accountancy practice
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and financial management
  • Build trust with ease, communicate with clarity and take genuine pride in seeing your clients succeed
  • Proficient in accounting and tax software
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to share knowledge and support colleagues
