Job description

• Maintain daily Cash management; Cash Collection, Received and Payment & Bank reconciliation.
• Keeping a record of all transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers on a regular basis
• Check and ensure that Suppliers' payments are accurate and all payments are properly and timely made
• Documentation, time to time update & all Invoice posting in Tally Software for vendor / Supplier payment
• Checking all the staff's reimbursement expenses and prepare the summary for payments
• Report Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and when required to management.
• Any other Jobs assign by the management.
