Qualifications

• Expérience nécessaire dans un rôle similaire : Assistant Accountant, Finance Supervisor.
• Proficient avec les outils bureautiques et capable d'apprendre de nouveaux systèmes IT rapidement.
• Avoir travaillé dans un environnement de production ou de fabrication est un atout.

Responsibilities

• Préparer des comptes mensuels et gérer l'inventaire.
• Effectuer des déclarations de TVA et des calculs fiscaux.
• Réaliser des conciliations et des rapports financiers.

Accounts Assistant – Recycling and Waste

EXPERIENCED FINANCE / ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT TO WORK IN BUSY OFFICE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

TITLE: Accounts Assistant – Waste and Recycling

LOCATION: You may come from Corby, Kettering, Thrapston and surrounding areas

PREVIOUS ROLES: Assistant Accountant, Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Finance Supervisor, Trainee Accountant, Finance Manager

ROLE: Accounts Assistant – Recycling and Waste

Duties can include
Prepare monthly accounts
Asset Management – Ledger
VAT Returns / Tax Calculations
Reconciliations
Reports
Inventory

You may be either AAT, Part qualified ACA or ACCA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

You will be proficient with office, and be able to pick up new IT systems, experience with Hyperion or SAP desirable

Ideally you will have worked in a production or manufacturing business

You will be able to input data with accuracy.
