Duties and responsibilities to include:
  • Lead accounting processes end to end

  • Manage an accounting portfolio of large and complex clients

  • Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and provide genuine business advice

  • Responsibility for the completion and submission of financial statements and taxation for clients within portfolio

  • Lead and develop a team of junior staff – ensuring job plans and budgets are understood with support through to completion

  • Attend meetings with clients alongside the Partner to support business development of the firm

  • Provide technical support as and when required to junior members of staff
