You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their financial and operational processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either a graduate starting out in their career or a highly experienced finance professional looking for a 6-month contract in Bristol.

Package for an Accounting Support Administrator
  • Salary: Up to 110 - 250 per day, dependant on experience
  • Hours: Monday - Friday
  • Contract Type: 6-month Fixed-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities of an Accounting Support Administrator
  • Stock Movement Management: Loading and reconciling stock movements into the system.
  • Invoice Validation: Reviewing and validating supplier and customer invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the finance, trading, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Checking and maintaining data accuracy within the system.
