Job description

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Account Performance and Growth Director to lead Sodexo's integrated facilities management and catering services for our prestigious client sites. This full-time, onsite leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional operational performance while driving strategic growth opportunities that will expand the partnership internationally. The role has a dual focus: 1. Ensuring outstanding day-to-day delivery across engineering, catering, soft services, workplace support, and service experience. 2. Securing and leading growth initiatives that will ultimately expand the remit into an international operational leadership position.

UK Operational Leadership
  • Lead daily operations for all UK sites, ensuring high standards across engineering, catering, soft services, helpdesk, and workplace experience.
  • Act as the senior onsite leader, maintaining strong and trusted relationships with UK client stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, KPIs, SLAs, governance standards, and safety expectations.
  • Deliver operational resilience, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strategic Client Partnership
  • Serve as the primary partner to senior NBCUniversal UK stakeholders.
  • Identify proactive solutions aligned with the client's evolving workplace and production needs.
  • Shape and deliver the UK account strategy in line with both client priorities and Sodexo's growth ambitions.
Commercial & Financial Leadership
  • Hold full P&L accountability for the UK account, ensuring accurate forecasting and margin delivery.
  • Drive efficiencies and value across the contract.
  • Support commercial negotiations and service evolution discussions.
Growth Leadership
  • Identify, assess, and secure organic growth opportunities within the UK.
  • Build compelling business cases for expansion with global and regional NBCUniversal stakeholders.
  • Lead bid development, solution design, and pricing in collaboration with Sodexo growth teams.
International Expansion Leadership (Future Scope)
  • Lead mobilisation and operational setup in new countries across clients' footprint.
  • Build teams, governance structures, service frameworks, and compliance systems internationally.
  • Create a scalable, consistent multi-country operating model.
  • Serve as the senior international point of contact for the expanded partnership.
People Leadership
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary UK team across technical services, soft services, catering, guest services, and performance management.
  • Build a high-performance, collaborative, inclusive culture.
  • Strengthen succession planning and future leadership capability in preparation for international expansion.
Essential Experience & Skills
  • Senior leadership experience in integrated FM and/or catering operations.
  • Proven operational delivery in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated commercial and growth experience, with strong client value creation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with full P&L ownership.
  • Experience in large-scale mobilisation or similar operational deployments.
Desirable
  • Experience within media, entertainment, or creative industries.
  • International operations or multi-country governance exposure.
