What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing creator campaigns for record label and entertainment clients
  • Owning relationships with Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients — and contributing to Tier 1
  • Spotting upsell opportunities and helping bring in new business
  • Creating decks and reports with strong insights and strategy
  • Mentoring junior team members and helping them develop
  • Managing finance processes and internal documentation
  • Staying across trending creators and formats on TikTok & Instagram
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience managing client relationships and influencer campaigns
  • Deep understanding of short-form platforms and creator marketing
  • Ability to independently run end-to-end campaigns
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record in upselling or pitching new business
  • Comfortable presenting ideas, decks, and reports to clients
