Job description

Our high‑growth team is seeking a smart and ambitious Account Manager to join the Amazon Global Logistics Team. This role helps solve real‑world problems, streamline inefficiencies, and provides logistics support for our Sellers.

This role is built on a sales and business‑development background to identify and convert new opportunities with a high degree of customer obsession. Account Managers will talk daily with Selling Partners and develop pipeline plans based on bold units, onboarding and conversion goals. It offers ample opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive, fast‑moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a diverse portfolio of Selling Partners for Amazon Global Logistics suite of supply‑chain services to meet or exceed sales targets (Sellers launched, volume, revenue, etc.).
  • Own sales activities including outreach, sales pipeline management, forecasting, operational troubleshooting, Selling Partner education, etc.
  • Identify growth opportunities through solutions‑based selling focused on understanding Selling Partners' supply‑chain needs.
  • Perform program management responsibilities geared to improve and build upon the Selling Partners experience.
  • Build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders through remote and face‑to‑face meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (required, ideally in a quantitative field, logistics, or business administration).
  • Experience customer‑facing roles.
  • Experience working in a sales role.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach or equivalent.
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, with English required and additional fluency in French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Mandarin.

Formed in 2020, the EMEA Sales Team within Amazon Global Logistics works closely with Amazon Selling Partners providing onboarding support, operational insights, and direction for new and existing logistics products & services. Our objective over the next few years is to scale our global supply‑chain program for Amazon Selling Partners and deliver a logistics experience they love.
