Trident Healthcare Solutions are looking for an Account Manager to join a prestigious private hospital in West Midlands. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing activity to increase patient referrals and brand awareness for the hospital. This includes developing strong relationships with local employers (especially those offering Private Medical Insurance), GPs, optometrists, and other key stakeholders.

The role also involves building and executing strategic marketing and events plans aligned with hospital growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Grow targeted specialty service lines through outreach and relationship-building with referral influencers such as GPs, physiotherapists, optometrists, and local businesses.
  2. Work collaboratively with consultants and internal teams to develop and implement a targeted referral strategy aligned with revenue targets.
  3. Engage with corporate clients and SMEs to build bespoke healthcare packages and innovative service offerings. Coordinate and deliver educational and promotional events to position the hospital as a preferred provider in the region.
  4. Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure a seamless customer journey from referral to treatment.
  5. Provide regular activity reports to the Director of Operations, highlighting outcomes and new opportunities.
  6. Leverage CRM systems to manage key accounts and track engagement effectively.
  7. Work closely with other departments to maximise opportunities for cross-referral and lead generation.
  8. Gather and report market intelligence to inform strategy and decision-making.
