Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to support day‑to‑day client operations.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Resolve issues effectively and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Assist with preparing reports, forecasts, and client performance updates.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and support business growth.
