A recruitment agency is seeking an Account Manager for a growing company in Mountsorrel. You'll manage projects, oversee website development, and ensure effective communications with clients.   • Support creating bespoke client reports and analyze data.

Overview

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Account Manager for a growing company based in Leicester.

Responsibilities
  • Set up: research, design, planning
  • Implementation: general project management, website development (bespoke or platform), content management and administration support on client programs
  • Creative: liaise with designers to help develop creative concepts digitally and in print, set up and update website content (copy, images, videos) using our content management system
  • Communications: Create and manage effective comms plans across channels. Includes design direction, email template set up, web page set up (basic HTML understanding desirable), content and scheduling, through to reporting impact of communications.
  • Website Content: updating website content and testing to ensure accuracy
  • Data Management: verifying, interrogating and testing to ensure data received meets requirements. Uploads and testing incl. registration, email recipient and performance data.
  • Reporting: support the creation of bespoke client reports in client friendly format, taking ownership of monthly MI reporting; analysing with the account director to provide insight, recommendations and developments to the client to maximize KPIs
  • Budget Management of each programme managed
  • Manage Suppliers effectively
  • Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery
  • Attend and lead appropriate meetings as and when required
Qualifications

Hours and Compensation
  • Full and Part time hours will be considered for this role.
  • The full time salary will be up to £35,000
