As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised, relationship-focused Account Manager with a strong Office Administration background and experience in warm sales or office-based client management.

This role is central to ensuring that clients receive the right crew, at the right time, with the highest level of service. You’ll manage established client relationships, coordinate requirements, and act as the link between clients, operations, and scheduling teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing clients within the events, production, and venue sectors.
  • Understand client requirements for crew and staffing, ensuring accurate briefs are communicated internally.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for repeat bookings, upsells, and improved service delivery.
  • Handle high volumes of daily email and telephone enquiries, often at pace, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Oversee contract accuracy and ensure client documentation meets operational needs.
  • Conduct regular client site visits to gain insight into on-site requirements and crew performance.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings to support service continuity and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service across all interactions, following procedures for resolving issues or complaints.
  • Support event accreditation processes, ensuring all crew compliance requirements are in place.
  • Prepare clear, accurate quotes and schedules using the company CRM system and Excel.
  • Communicate project information effectively to internal teams, ensuring crew are fully briefed and prepared.
  • Keep client records and job details fully updated to maintain accurate operational visibility.
  • Gather post-event feedback and provide insights to senior management.
  • Attend relevant trade shows, industry networking events, and internal training sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations UK to ensure smooth communication between Account Management and Scheduling teams, balancing client needs with crew availability.
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong multi-tasking ability in a fast-moving, time-sensitive environment.
  • Comfortable with UK-wide and occasional international travel for meetings and site visits.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing event requirements.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A supportive team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Able to spot inefficiencies or process gaps and resolve them promptly.
  • Calm and professional under pressure, especially during peak event periods.
Experience Required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management, office account handling, staffing coordination, or a related administrative/client service role.
  • Experience within event staffing, crew services, events, or operations is advantageous—though not essential.
  • Ideal for candidates with an Office Admin background who enjoy warm sales, client relationship management, and coordinating delivery in a busy, service-led environment.
Benefits
  • Salary: £25000 - £28000
  • 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
  • Additional Day of Annual Leave Per Year with The Company
  • Company Pension
