Job Title: Senior Account Manager – Sizewell C; EDF Account Team

Location: Remote (With travel to Sizewell C sites)

Reporting to: Client Services Manager (Alan Waugh)

Salary: up to £41,000 + Managed Solutions commission scheme

Role Objective: To manage and develop client relationships within the EDF Account Team.

Commercial Business Manager – Harrow

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of account management and/or project management experience in a medical communications / healthcare agency setting.
  • Ability to efficiently coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline‑driven environment.
  • Very strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in medical publishing, or agency environment, or relevant digital technologies.
  • Experience with web‑based document sharing sites (such as Google and SharePoint Online).
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Self‑motivated, positive attitude, with willingness to accept varied assignments.
Responsibilities
  • Member of a broader account team supporting project execution across a range of clients.
  • Project kick‑off, development and updates, metric reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product Development, Audience Generation, Content Development, Outcomes and Insights.
  • Manage timelines for digital programs to ensure efficient and on‑time delivery.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective pharmaceutical, medical device and other clients in conjunction with sales colleagues.
  • Stay abreast of overall project implementation across all external and internal development teams, using an electronic task management system.
  • Implement processes and procedures; manage the project scope and timeline.
  • Communicate client needs and expectations clearly across development teams.
  • Troubleshoot and find solutions to meet client and internal stakeholder expectations.
  • Stay informed about client news, market conditions, competitive activities, educational and technological trends through ongoing research and engagement at industry and medical conferences.
  • Align client programme objectives and project timelines during the startup process.
  • Implement programmes to meet client objectives.
  • Deliver and discuss reporting.
