Your Role: Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Global, you will play a pivotal role in helping local businesses across Scotland and the North and the wider region grow through impactful Audio advertising solutions. You’ll nurture long-standing client relationships while identifying new commercial opportunities across the SME market.

Responsibilities
  • Client Growth & Retention: Manage and develop a portfolio of existing SME clients, understanding their objectives and delivering effective Audio campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • New Business Development: Prospect, pitch, and acquire new local business partnerships, confidently introducing Global’s market-leading Audio portfolio to decision-makers across key sectors.
  • Commercial Planning & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting, ensuring all activity is recorded and progressed through Global systems with precision and accountability.
