Event Support Team is a leading provider of parking and traffic management solutions at some of the UK's most exciting events - from stadium concerts to international sporting fixtures. We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-driven Account Manager to support our ever-growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and rewarding industry, working behind the scenes on major events across the country.

About the Role

In this hybrid support role, you'll be responsible for assisting with client coordination, admin processes, and internal communications. You'll help ensure everything runs smoothly across our events, supporting our other Account Managers and Directors to deliver first-class service to our clients. You'll be based in our Head Office in Exhall, working closely with a small, fast-paced team where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide admin and coordination support to the Account Management team
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and event documentation
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and third-party venues regarding event parking and logistics
  • Assist with booking and scheduling meetings for senior team members
  • Respond to incoming client communications (emails and phone calls) professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure all event details are logged accurately and updated in internal systems
  • Support reporting and data entry tasks linked to ongoing projects

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and working with digital admin systems
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Previous experience in an administrative, event management or client-facing role is preferred
