The Account Manager is the direct link to our customers and the voice of iwoca. As the personal contact partner for your portfolio of new and existing customers, you own the entrepreneur journey – from application, through onboarding, to long‑term partnership – and deliver excellent service and value.

Responsibilities
  • You support new customers through their application, ensuring they complete required steps, exceed expectations, and leverage our product fully.
  • You keep customers informed about options and product developments.
  • You manage your own portfolio of existing and new customers.
  • You build strong, long‑lasting relationships and help clients reach their business goals.
  • You understand how businesses work, including key risk and profit drivers.
  • You proactively contribute to product and process improvement by sharing customer insights and competitive feedback.
Qualifications
  • Commercial training or business studies (kaufmännische Ausbildung / betriebswirtschaftliches Studium) and relevant professional experience in customer service (banking, fintech).
  • Strong team player, supportive in cross‑functional projects.
  • Highly motivated, organised, sales‑oriented with a hands‑on mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent German, good English for international meetings.
