This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office., Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and building strategic partnerships with enterprise customers? Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead high-value engagements, influence C-level executives, and deliver cutting-edge IT solutions that shape the future of our customers' businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, aligning HPE's solutions with their business priorities and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive growth and profitability across HPE's portfolio.
  • Lead complex, high‑value deals from early engagement through to closure, orchestrating multi‑disciplinary teams and partners.
  • Build influential relationships with key decision‑makers and maintain a strong professional network within customer organizations.
  • Translate business challenges into IT opportunities, positioning HPE as a critical partner in their digital journey.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and technology innovations, presenting strategic insights to customers.
  • Mentor and lead extended account teams, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 8–12+ years in account management within the IT industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or advanced technical degree a plus.
