On the behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our clients busy and dynamic Sales Telephony Team. Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Process orders, manage delivery tracking, and handle modifications or cancellations
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional products where appropriate
