We're looking for a Software Account Manager to join our Belfast-based team and help strengthen and grow relationships with our core customer base. This is a client-facing, high-impact role where you'll ensure our customers gain maximum value from our solutions, drive upsell opportunities, and shape their long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key software clients
• Build deep relationships and understand client goals to align our solutions with their business needs
• Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and webinars to maximise product adoption
• Monitor account health, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges
• Lead contract renewals and negotiations, maintaining long-term partnerships
• Provide actionable customer feedback to help shape product roadmaps
• Collaborate with marketing to deliver collateral and communications that support engagement
