A growing SaaS company in Glasgow is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales and secure contracts with mid-large Enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in New Business Software Sales, proven success in closing deals, and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams. This role offers a hybrid work model with opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced environment. Competitive remuneration includes a base of £40k–£50k plus double OTE.

We are recruiting for a high growth, product led series A SaaS company, who are on a mission to remove barriers in talent acquisition and connect people with opportunities on a global scale. The organisation has doubled revenues each year over the past 5 years and has customers from around the globe. They are now looking for an additional Account Executive to join the team, to proactively target and secure contracts with mid‑large Enterprise customers, across the UK&I.
The role involves identifying, contacting and booking demos with prospective customers, ensuring they see value quickly, before negotiating and closing deals. Supported by a highly effective Marketing department and two SDRs, you will have warm leads as well as your own prospect base.
In the mid‑long term future, they are looking for someone ambitious, who see's themselves potentially leading other team members, as they continue to scale.
