Job summary

A well-established agency in London is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage client accounts and build strong relationships. The successful candidate will have prior account handling experience in a creative environment and must possess strong organisational and communication skills. This role is based in the UK and does not support sponsorship.

Overview

The successful Account Manager will be responsible for:

Responsibilities
  • You will act as the main point of contact for an existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with your client base.
  • Respond to/answer client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Take detailed briefs, and then fully brief all relevant Departments to ensure the client's needs and expectations are fully realised.
  • Identify and follow up on potential additional business opportunities with existing customers - cross selling/introducing new services.
  • Work with all other departments to provide new innovation for clients, expanding company's product portfolio.
  • Must have prior account handling experience gained from within a Creative environment - i.e. Design, Print, POS.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Can-do attitude to meet challenges and requests from customers.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • You must be presently living in the UK.
  • Sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
