A leading staffing firm in London is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio related to credit risk. Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow an existing portfolio by identifying new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through research and outreach.
  • Design tailored solutions and pricing strategies to client requirements.
  • Contribute to setting budgets for a portfolio of accounts to achieve targets.
  • Lead the book and hold responsibility for three direct reports.
  • Coordinate collection of information for annual renewals and endorsements.
  • Understand client business and risk management needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with market and client stakeholders.
  • Review policies, market presentations, and client documentation for accuracy.
  • Coordinate broking responsibilities ensuring market agreements are tracked.
  • Ensure compliance procedures across the client portfolio.

Overview

Position: Account Executive - Credit Risk

Salary: £150,000 - £180,000 + Bonus

Location: London, hybrid

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow an existing portfolio by identifying new and/or untapped opportunities, including cross-selling across relevant service lines
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through research, outreach, and delivery of new business presentations
  • Design appropriate solutions, pricing strategies, and placement approaches tailored to client requirements, while ensuring business profitability
  • Contribute to the setting of budgets for a portfolio of accounts and work to achieve agreed targets
  • Lead the book and hold responsibility for three direct reports
  • Coordinate the collection of all relevant information for annual renewals and endorsements, especially for key accounts
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and risk management needs, providing tailored service solutions to address those requirements
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both market and client stakeholders
  • Review and check policies, market presentations, and client documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Handle broking responsibilities or coordinate with placing brokers as needed, ensuring market agreements are achieved and tracked through appropriate systems
  • Take overall responsibility for compliance procedures across your client portfolio
