Our client is growing fast – in people, in clients, in ambition. They run demand gen campaigns for well-known global brands, but they do it differently: with integrity, a tech edge, and a real appreciation that people – both clients and colleagues – are human beings, not machines.

Now they’re hiring an Account Executive to help them win new business and build long-term client relationships.

It’s a hands-on role. One where you’ll have the autonomy to shape your pipeline, drive opportunities forward, and own the full sales cycle. Ideal for someone who wants to be part of building something – not just selling someone else’s idea.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Winning new business – identifying, engaging, and converting prospects
  • Taking leads from cold to close via phone, email, social and events
  • Building your own pipeline with a mix of outbound and inbound sources
  • Managing relationships with existing accounts and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and owning your activity
  • Representing the business at events and meetings
  • Becoming fluent in the company's solutions, value proposition, and industry space
What they’re looking for:
  • Experience in B2B sales (2-3+ years), ideally within lead gen or performance marketing
  • Comfortable speaking with senior marketing decision-makers
  • Knowledge of the demand gen landscape, with a grasp of metrics and multichannel strategies
  • Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, Reply.io, and other sales enablement platforms
  • A self-starter mindset – this is a small business, so they need someone happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
  • Driven, coachable, and accountable with strong communication skills
