OUR WORK MODEL

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London office 2 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

YOUR ROLE

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by engaging decision-makers, delivering tailored demonstrations, and consistently exceeding quota expectations. In this high-impact role, your ability to build relationships and influence buying decisions will directly shape Cognism’s success in the UK market and beyond.

YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES
  • Drive Revenue Growth – Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas through a consultative sales approach.
  • Engage Decision Makers – Deliver impactful product demonstrations to commercial leaders across multiple verticals and regions.
  • Collaborate Globally – Partner cross-functionally with teams worldwide to drive cohesive go-to-market success.
  • Enhance Market Strategy – Contribute to shaping Cognism’s UK value proposition, pitch, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Forecast with Precision – Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting, keeping leadership informed and aligned.
  • Learn & Grow Proactively – Continuously improve by observing peers, seeking feedback, and sharing best practices.

  • Proven Success – 2+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive in a SaaS environment (preferred), with a strong record of exceeding targets (essential).
