Job description

Prelude is a creative agency working across film and entertainment. After six years of steady growth, we’re looking for an Account Director / Producer to help lead client relationships and play a key role in the agency’s next phase.

This is a hands-on, outward-facing role in a small, ambitious team. You’ll have genuine exposure to senior clients and be involved across campaigns from early thinking through delivery, with real responsibility for how work lands and relationships grow.

We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset – someone who takes ownership, spots opportunities and helps turn conversations into momentum. If you’re excited to work on some of the biggest film and entertainment campaigns and help shape what comes next, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and nurture client relationships
• Develop campaign strategy and oversee delivery in close collaboration with the team
• Identify, pursue and help convert new business opportunities
• Act as a confident presence in senior client meetings and presentations
• Represent Prelude in industry settings and build meaningful connections
• Partner with the founder on client strategy and business growth

About you

• Film and entertainment experience (agency, studio or distributor) is essential
• Confident, credible and comfortable operating at a senior client level
• Strong understanding of modern creative campaigns (digital, social, AV, OOH)
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating independently
