A leading telecommunications firm in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Account Director to manage and grow relationships with key customers. The role requires frequent customer engagement, strategic account planning, and driving revenue growth through various telecom solutions. The successful candidate will have strong skills in stakeholder management, an understanding of the Financial Services sector, and a track record in account growth. The role of Account Director is an exciting new role that's fundamental in Radius Connect's next path. You will be responsible for the in-life management of some of our largest customers and have the opportunity to grow this vertical along the way.
This role is field based, with a requirement to visit one of the offices weekly which are based across the country. The key to success in this role is to spend time in-person with customers, which means attending customer meetings is essential. You will report into our Director of Account Management.
