A well-respected orthopaedic hospital in Gobowen is seeking an Access Team Leader responsible for ensuring quality booking functions for elective operations. The ideal candidate will have NHS experience, strong leadership skills, and an understanding of wait time targets. Responsibilities include providing leadership, monitoring KPIs, and managing workflow to meet service needs. Commitment to excellent customer service and adherence to Trust policies is essential. This position does not sponsor skilled worker visas.

We are recruiting for a Team Leader within our Access Team to be responsible for the provision of quality booking functions for all elective operations and ensuring local and national waiting time targets are achieved, through supervision and leadership.
Under current Home Office Immigration Rules, this role does not meet the UK Visas and Immigration criteria and the position is not therefore eligible for skilled worker sponsorship. Applications from candidates that require skilled worker sponsorship will NOT be shortlisted.
