A successful secondary school in Bradford-on-Avon is seeking an Academy Finance Assistant to support its Finance Team. The role involves ensuring efficient operation of the school's financial systems. Candidates should have previous accounting or bookkeeping experience, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. This is a permanent role requiring 27.5 hours of work per week, suitable for someone who wishes to contribute to a committed and passionate team in an educational environment.
Salary: £27,254 - £28,598 pro rata, (£17,715 - £18,588 per annum)
Hours of work: 27.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time plus 5 days)

An opportunity has arisen to join our busy Finance Team as an Academy Finance Assistant to assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the Academy’s financial systems.
The successful candidate will have previous accounting/bookkeeping experience within a commercial or public sector financial environment and will ideally, but not essentially, hold a relevant financial professional qualification. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a "can do" attitude are prerequisites.
