Overview

Gloucestershire College is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Programme Lead to join our Construction Technical Team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to share your industry expertise and help shape the future of the built environment. Working closely with the Head of School, you will lead on a specialist area within the department, supporting the development and delivery of an outstanding curriculum across a range of programmes.

You will be part of a dedicated and experienced team committed to inspiring learners across Level 3 and Level 4 pathways, including the BTEC Level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment, the HNC in Construction Management, and the T Level in Design, Surveying and Planning. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with a background in Architectural Design, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar professional fields who are passionate about developing the next generation of construction professionals.

  • Package: 38 days annual leave, plus 3 additional days during Christmas closure, auto-enrolment into the Teachers Pension Scheme
