A leading technology company in Bracknell is seeking a skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to manage virtualization and server administration. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues and mentoring junior engineers. The role offers excellent benefits along with a flexible working environment from day one. This is an office-based role due to the nature of our support requirements.
This position is within a shared service which supports a wide array of customers with distinct needs. Flexibility to apply your skills across various accounts will be essential to support the team’s overarching objective of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring robust estate maintenance.

This role will require you to become security cleared to a high level. Please note the National security vetting: clearance levels - GOV.UK information.
Our hours of support are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 to fulfil 37 hours per week. This could be on an early or late start, rotated as directed by service delivery/team lead.
