• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
• Good customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of WTD and EU Drivers Hours (Core).
• Experience with GTS and Microlise applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain driver/core staff rosters for 24/7 resource capability.
• Plan routes and alternative sites for deployments.
• Liaise between convoy commanders and customer appointed officers.
• Respond to customer requests for movement or other enquiries.
