A healthcare institution is seeking a clerical support team member to assist in providing an efficient typing and administrative service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, work well under pressure, and collaborate effectively within the team. Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. This role offers a chance to contribute to delivering high-quality service to patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting the secretarial team in providing an efficient typing/clerical service. The role includes providing audio typing/clerical and administrative work to support the Admin/Clinical team so that patients requiring outpatient consultation or inpatient stay are processed in a streamlined manner that matches their needs to the referring Consultant, GP or other Healthcare Professional.
