A leading global risk advisory firm in London is offering a 24 to 36-month apprenticeship program in Corporate Risk & Broking. The role involves on-the-job training, studying for an insurance qualification, and contributing to client projects. Candidates should have A-Level qualifications and be motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with data. Hybrid working is supported.

This business-development team focuses on driving and supporting cross-selling opportunities across CRB and the wider company – helping us grow the relationships we have with our clients and the difference we make for them.
Special Contingency Risks help clients manage the safety and security of their people. We work with everyone from non-governmental organisations and privately held companies, focusing on risks including piracy, kidnap and ransom and emergency evacuation. Whilst Alert:24 is our in-house security risk advisory and crisis management service. The team provides 24/7 security and crisis support to clients, as well as consultancy and training to our colleagues.
Requirements:
Everyone in the team will be there to help you learn and grow throughout your time on the apprenticeship programme, particularly while you’re studying for your CII qualification. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need to be:
Over the course of 24-36 months, alongside the responsibilities of your role, you will also complete a programme of study which will be a combination of assignments, coursework and exams. Whilst WTW and the selected government approved training provider, will equip you with all of the materials required, six hours per week to focus on your studies, and the support of a tutor, you will need to ensure that you are meeting all key milestones set out at the beginning of your apprenticeship and achieving the standards required, both academically and in your role. Further information on the apprenticeship will be provided post offer; however, we encourage you to research the requirements of the apprenticeship standard in advance of your interview.

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least four days in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow apprentices.
