A leading managed service provider in Taunton seeks a 1st Line IT Support Engineer (Cloud) to join their service desk team. The role involves providing first-line support across multiple sites while maintaining excellent customer service. Candidates should have at least 12 months of IT support experience, knowledge of Microsoft 365, and a valid UK Driving Licence. The role offers up to £28,000 per year plus benefits, including holiday and bonus schemes.

My client who are a managed service provider in Somerset and they are currently looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer (Cloud) on a permanent basis to join their busy service desk team that is on a successful growth path.
This role involves providing first-line IT support across multiple sites, resolving tickets efficiently and maintaining an excellent customer service at all times.
The successful candidate will also assist with user training, process documentation and occasional onsite support.
